Description
Here is a unique opportunity to obtain BOTH THE LIGHT AND DARK PINK EARLY PRESS COVER VARIATIONS OF THE FIRST U.S. RCA VICTOR ELVIS PRESLEY LP LPM-1254 FOR ONE BID! The labels on both records show the publishing credit as 'P.D.' for the song 'Just Because'; other label characteristics can be seen in my accompanying image. The original rice paper inner sleeves which originally came with both LPs are present and included; I have placed the records into nice poly-lined inner sleeves in order to preserve the original rice paper inners.
Tracks:
A1 Blue Suede Shoes
A2 I'm Counting On You
A3 I Got A Woman
A4 One-Sided Love Affair
A5 I Love You Because
A6 Just Because
B1 Tutti Frutti
B2 Tryin' To Get To You
B3 I'm Gonna Sit Right Down And Cry (Over You)
B4 I'll Never Let You Go (Little Darlin')

Overall condition of both records and covers is VG. Specific condition and pressing aspects are as follows:
LIGHT PINK COVER - 5S / 3S stampers - Record has a fair amount of surface marks and scuffs and a couple of surface scratches which can be felt, and a little label wear around the center hole. Cover has a 2" split in the right side of the top edge which I have carefully and neatly repaired by taping from the inside, a couple of very small areas near the top and bottom of the front cover where the top layer of paper is worn away, a little writing and some light staining from exposure to mixture on the back cover, some ring and contact wear, and some wear along the edge and on the corners.
DARK PINK COVER - 3S / 1S stampers - Record has a fair amount of surface marks and scuffs and a couple of surface scratches which can be felt. Cover has a 3" split in the right side of the top edge which I have carefully and neatly repaired by taping from the inside, some ring and contact wear, and some wear along the edge and on the corners.
