Description
This auction is for 2 original LP Albums of The Yardbirds “Roger The Engineer” & “Sonny Boy Williamson with the Yardbirds”, one in Stereo & one in Monaural, and both in very nice condition.
The records appear as very good+/excellent, and don’t think they ever got much play. They are nicer than the covers, who do show some light aging & wear (very light ring-wear) but no tears or splits. I have owned them in a record collection (5,000+ LP’s) for decades.
By EMI Records (Columbia UK)& Mercury Records (1966 pressings), they are:
The Yardbirds “Roger the Engineer” Stereo SCX6063 1966 UK’s Columbia label Garrod & Lofthouse cover.
Sonny Boy Williamson &The Yar.dbirds “Having A Rave Up” MONO MG 21071 1966 Recorded Live at the Craw Daddy Club in London.

Summary: A very nice 2 LP Set of early recordings…outstanding work by the Yardbirds and the Yardbirds backing up Sonny Boy Williamson. Hard to find nice and original 1966 versions.
