Description
- A stereo, 45 rpm, vinyl 7-inch single, "2 Minutes To Midnight" by Iron Maiden
- Released in 1984 on EMI, in the UK
- This is taken from Iron Maiden's 5th studio album, "Powerslave", and is backed by "Rainbow's Gold" (originally recorded by Beckett).
- The album was recorded between February and June 1984 at Compass Point Studios, Nassau, The Bahamas.
- It was released as the first single from the album on August 6th., 1984.
- Produced and engineered by Martin 'Jah' Birch
- The single comes in a colour, picture sleeve with an illustration by Derek Riggs on the front cover
- The sleeve is autographed by all 5 members of the band at the time. Clockwise (from bottom left) the signatures are:- Dave Murray, Steve Harris, Nicko McBain, Bruce Dickinson and Adrian Smith (NB this is a donated item and we have no definite provenance for the signatures, but then again we have no reson to doubt they are not genuine)
- The back cover has a photo of the band, by Ross Halfin, track listing, credits and the dates for the UK leg of 1984's 'The World Slavery Tour'

- Condition
- The vinyl is VG (visually graded) with a couple of small scratches.
- The sleeve is G+, some edge wear, especially at the opening. One small split (1/2 inch) and some light creasing
