Combined postage available for UK buyers
The majority of the items we sell are second hand and as such may show signs of use. We take good quality photographs of the actual item that you will receive, not a stock photo. Please look carefully and read the item description. All faults will be listed.
Shipping
Shipping - Items paid for before 12 noon will be posted the same day, items paid for after 12 noon will be posted the next working day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
All items are packaged securely for posting. We use board backed envelopes, jiffy bags, postal bags, boxes and bubble wrap as appropriate.
Overseas Shipping
We ship overseas using the Global Shipping Programme (GSP).We do not set these prices. Unfortunately, at this time the GSP do not offer the option for combined shipping discounts. If you wish to buy more than one Buy it Now item, please contact me and I may be able to create a new listing with all the items that you'd like and give a postage discount that way. Please allow extra time for these deliveries as they take time to be processed at the shipping centre and then sent on to you.
Multiple Item Discounts
We offer discounts, for UK buyers, for multiple purchases, please wait until receiving an invoice before sending payment so that shipping discounts can be applied. Refunds cannot be issued for postage discounts after payment has been made. Combined purchases weighing over 2 kg will be despatched via courier.
Payment
Paypal is our preferred method of payment, however we do accept cash on collection.
Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your item. Please read our returns policy for further details.
