We do not send invoices at the close of auction, instead we use a convenient checkout page. We prefer PayPal payments and also accept money orders and checks. Use the checkout regardless of how you want to pay. Buyers who opt to pick up their items from our shop in Burlington, or buyers who choose to ship their items a Vermont address will be subject to a 7% combined state and local sales tax.

We will attempt to ship your item within 72 hours of receiving payment. Most items will go out within 24 hours, sometimes it can take up to a week. All items can be picked up at our shop to save on shipping, a 7% sales tax will be applied to your total. All shipping rates include professional packaging and handling, packaging materials, as well as shipping costs and insurance. When you win an item from us, you can be confident that it will arrive intact and in a timely manner.

We encourage individuals outside the United States to bid on our items. However, we have learned that selling items outside the U.S. requires additional policies in order to protect ourselves from fraud and to keep our selling process efficient.

1. International Bidders must have a Positive Feedback Rating of over 100.
2. Items must be paid for using PayPal. We do not accept mailed payment.
3. All items shipped internationally will be sent via USPS Airmail, we do not ship Economy Post because the long delivery times makes it impossible to close transactions in a timely manner. Please use the calculator before bidding for a USPS Airmail quote to your country.
4. Since there is no way to confirm delivery on packages sent internationally, the buyer agrees to release us from all liability after we have mailed the package. In other words, once the package is in the mail en route to the address specified, we are no longer responsible.
5. You will be responsible for paying all shipping and packaging costs in addition to final value. Most countries will also charge an import tax which is usually due upon receipt of the item. You are responsible for this fee, we will not declare any package as a gift.

All Items sold As-Is.

We only accept returns that are for items that are received and found to be not as described in the auction. Shipping and Handling Fee's and Insurance Fee's are NON REFUNDABLE because these are the expenses we incurred to get the product out to you. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be filled out within 30 days before any defective and/or damaged goods may be returned. The RMA option automatically will be disabled 30 days after the auction has been closed for all items. After the 30th day, we will NOT exchange or give store credit to any defective and/or damaged products with or without an RMA. All products must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging. We will not accept any returns that do not meet all of these requirements. By bidding on this item you have read and agreed to all these terms.

NOTE: Please attention any return package to the Store Credit Dept with the RMA number clearly labeled below the address. If the RMA is not on the envelope, we will disregard the package, and the package will be returned to you.
