I bought these floor standing Hozier tickets for Monday, 1st June concert at The Roundhouse, Chelsea, and Unfortunately I can no longer attend. I will post these tickets to you recorded delivery.

When can I expect to receive my tickets?

Seatwave Ticket Refund Evidence of Insurance

This evidence of insurance is proof that you have been incorporated as an Individual Insured under the Master Refund Policy of Insurance held by Seatwave. This insurance provides cover in the event that you or those with you as part of the group as the insured ticket holder are unable to attend the specified event as a result of a cause beyond your, their control.

This insurance indemnifies the Individual Insured(s) for the gross amount paid to Seatwave for their ticket(s) and evidenced on their purchase invoice with Seatwave excluding the Refund Insurance Charge and applicable insurance taxes.

For full details of the insurance cover please also refer to the Ticket Cover Premium Master policy. It is a condition of the Master policy of insurance that once the premium has been paid to Norman Butcher and Jones Limited this policy cannot be cancelled.

Principal Exclusions:

This insurance does not cover the non performance of the event should the event be cancelled, abandoned, postponed or reschedule due to the Non Appearance of a party involved in the performance of the event.

All pre existing 'medical conditions'.

Any occurrence or event that is within the Individual Insured's control and extends to include circumstances known before the purchase of the tickets and their insurance was effected.
