Condition: New unopened b/w cover photo on a 10” white sealed envelope with bent corners & one small light brown ink dot contains a mint flexi disc with all inserts. The second 10” envelope is opened at the top and includes cardboard with 9” mint-  flexi disc with cardboard and no  other inserts. New, Complete -Used is incomplete.
The 2 flexi discs are extremely rare & will only go up in value among collectors and archivists that document 20th century experimental electronic music.

Summary: DBA is not the 90’s Christian dance group formally known as 65dba that has relaunched themselves as dba. The 2- four songs duplicate (new and used) 9”  flexi discs offered here are by an early 80’s experimental electronic industrial noise band that recorded their own music. Which was recorded from the master tape by Evatone on to a thin flexible soundsheet as opposed to a vinyl record prior to the birth of the compact disc. Evatone sound-sheets have been around since 1962 and are also known as phonosheets.

The cardboard insert is used to keep the flexi disc from bending or creasing while in transit--stamped DBA: The Vinyl Solution. The groups only other releases that I’m aware of Processional and Logarhythms are with 9 other experiential electronic bands on the label AEON. In 1984 the cassette only label released a  22 track various artists cassette entitled The New Federalism. Never seen it only read about it.

The underground music store Positively 4th Street has been on MTV and listed online in who’s who in Nirvana’s history. "Vidor, Winston - Owner of Positively 4th Street Records in Olympia, Washington. Cobain sold Winston NIRVANA shirts direct for resale (mentioned in Azerrad's NIRVANA biography Come As You Are: The Story of NIRVANA." Oly’s legendary music store is also seen in film director Heather Rose Dominic’s 2000 documentary "The Shield Around the K-…" about the Olympia independent record label-K Records. Nirvana’s frontman Kurt Cobain never forgot the K Records indie label for he inked the K Records shield just above his watch on his left arm. DJ Kidd Rhythm’s Positively 4th Street’s brick-and-mortar location in downtown Olympia closed its doors in the last year of the 20th Century-online on eBay in the 21st Century as positively4tstreet.
