Description

TEA TWO MILKY

PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT MY OTHER ITEMS FOR MORE GREAT CLASSICAL! all records strictly visually graded under a strong light.

ARTIST :  Tullio Serafin conducting the Orchestra and Chorus of La Scalla, Rome, with Callas, Gobbi, Tucker, Barbieri etc

TITLE: Verdi, Aida

LABEL : Columbia 33CX 1318-20 3 lp box set, 1st blue and gold label, no stereo exists

COUNTRY: England

CONDITION :

record: 5 sides NM, 1 side EX+  , would benefit from a pro clean

labels:  near mint

sleeve: This first press box is in VG+ condition. The box itself is in great condition, no splits etc, but the picture on the front has torn a little along the edge, please see the photos. The inside of the box has a stamp from the original record shop, as does the booklet (VG) and the libretto (VG). The libretto also has the original price in pencil on the front (i think the libretto was an optional extra to the set)

COMMENTS: A great copy of this rare set

***PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT CLEAN ANY CLASSICAL RECORDS. I DO NOT HAVE A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING MACHINE AND DO NOT WANT TO CLEAN THESE RECORDS WITH A CLOTH FOR FEAR OF MARKING THE SURFACE OF THE RECORD. I WOULD RECOMEND THAT ALL RECORDS SHOULD BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED PRIOR TO PLAYING TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST QUALITY AUDIO PLAY BACK, THANKS****.

***ALL RECORDS HAVE BEEN VISUALLY GRADED. IF THERE ARE ANY LIGHT MARKS THESE HAVE BEEN PLAY GRADED TO CHECK FOR SOUND QUALITY***

please note, records selling for over £20, or packages with total value of over £20 must be sent registered (insured) delivery - no exceptions, sorry! this will be charged as extra postage at cost to the buyer, please wait for invoice before paying.

As of the 4th September 2013 Ebay has decided it will take a 10% cut of all post and packaging costs!!!!! ..... this will affect both domestic and international postage rates, sorry, but this is beyond my control. I do not make a profit on postage. here is an example of how i work out my postage: to post a record to the UK royal mail 2nd class is £2.60, record mailers and cardboard stiffners around 90p, which total £3.50. i now need to receive £3.90 (ebay now take 10% of this is £3.90 which is 39p,     £3.90 -39p = £3.51 which is what i need to receive for the cost of the postage). I understand this makes postage more expensive, but i can't do anything about it. If some business sellers can post records for cheaper than this they are doing so at a loss, i unfortunately cannot do this, hopefully this is understandable, thanks.

always happy to combine postage for multiple buys. you can collect from south london to save on postage if you like! THANKS

records will be posted out in proper record mailers with a cardboard stiffner. i will get a proof of postage from the post office for all records. if you need special postal requirements please get in touch, these will be charged at cost. the post office insures each packet for up to £20 only. all auctions will run to the end with no reserve price. if you need to know anything about the record or auction just get in touch and i'll do my best to answer your questions, thanks for looking

International shipping costs for packages weighing under 2KG and with total value of £20 GBP or less.

UK £3.90 for the first record - £1.40 for each extra record

Europe £7.50 for the first record - £2.20 for each extra record

Rest of the world £9.60 for the first record - £3.90 for each extra record

Payment within one week of auction end please
