Description
From my personal collection, Oistrakh/Yampolsky play Tartini "Devil's Trill"/Mozart Sonata K454.
The disc shows full gloss with some light scuff marks and one hairline scratch on each side. VG+
Playback is EX+ with very quiet surfaces and no tracking distortion. Only 3/4 consecutive clicks at the beginning of the 2nd movement side 2.
Playback equipment: Garrard 401 Sme3012 Ortofon Spu 0.7 mil mono cartridge.
I obviously cannot guarantee the same results from different cartridges/styli. (see returns policy below). The Spu mono is the ideal cartridge for this era of disc.
Cleaned on a VPI machine and stored in anti static sleeve.
Unfortunately, the cover is in lesser condition due to staining and a missing section on the back side.
This example is not for collectors but for those who appreciate excellent playback quality with very little distraction from these superb performances.
Playback equipment in the photo is not included in this auction!
I use recycled but dedicated professional Lp mailers. I remove disc and inner sleeve from outer cover to prevent damage in transit.
Any questions please ask.
