Elvis Presley - That's The Way It Is (Third Japanese pressing 1972 on RCA Label 12-track vinyl LP, issued alongside the documentary of the same name, but is not considered as a soundtrack to the film, which saw Elvis in his first non-dramatic role since the beginning of his career in 1956. This album collates tracks recorded live at The International Hotel in Las Vegas, and studio tracks recorded in Nashville, housed in a full gatefold picture sleeve, with integral Japanese insert and comes complete with 2nd variation orange obi-strip, SX-201).

Record -- EX++ : This vinyl shines like glass and looks wonderful; it has one hard to see hairline/brush on the first side third track, there are no other visible scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds absolutely wonderful when played.

Cover -- EX : Heavy gatefold card pasted cover with a one page insert attached to the inside, this has no rips, tears or seams coming undone, but has light shelf wear at the top edge, the spine has a line along it from being opened to far on occasions, some light humidity marks about it and a small corner crease. The back has a track listing on in Japanese, and the inside has a track listing on in Japanese and English (under the obi strip), the lyrics in English and some information in Japanese.

Obi Strip -- EX+ : This has no rips, tears or creases, but has some light humidity marks on the rear. All information on here is in Japanese.
