I HAVE ADDED 10 PHOTOS FOR YOU TO SEE THE CONDITION OF THESE 3 ICONIC DAVE CLARK FIVE BRITISH INVASION ROCK 'N ROLL ALBUMS! 12". 4 LPs. 
THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE LOT OF 3 VERY RARE ALBUMS!  
Going through the albums one by one, here are the details: 
Self-Titled DOUBLE ALBUM from Epic Records - EG 30434 - USA Printed - Matrix # from side 1:  AL-30435-3A.  Side 2:  P  BL-30435-3D.   Gatefold jacket has some light dog-ears, edge wear, crescents from vinyl beneath, scuffing. and a 3 inch strip of torn print on back about 1/3" thick.   Overall jacket is VG.  Records are both EX.  
The Best of the Dave Clark Five - EMI/Starline/Regal - SRS 5037 - Printed and Made in Great Britain - Matrix # from side A:  SRS 5037 A-1G......DE(to the best I can make it out, anyway).......1 (preceding and just lightly above a) 3.    Jacket has some light dog-ears, edge wear, crescents from vinyl beneath, scuffing, light creases.   Also, bottom edge's glue has come loose so bottom edge is open.  This is NOT splitting of jacket, just a simple fix with some glue.  Overall jacket is VG+. Record is VG+, with some surface scratches that don't affect play. This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn. 
Chaquita/In Your Heart ("The Original Recording From London England" printed on jacket) - *THIS IS A VERY UNUSUAL ALBUM WHERE A BAND NAMED RICKY ASTOR AND THE SWITCHERS SNUCK A BUNCH OF THEIR SONGS ON AN LP WITH A FEW DAVE CLARK 5 SINGLES.  FRANKLY, THIS IS A GREAT ALBUM WITH VERY CHUCK BERRY STYLINGS TO IT* Cortleigh Records 1073 - Unsure if import or American made (back of jacket makes mention of Disk Enterprises from New York - Matrix # from side A:  A-0122-A.......1073-1........5-4-4.     Jacket has some dog-ears, edge wear (including a completely split top edge), crescents from vinyl beneath, scuffing, a few tiny pinholes or staple holes.   Overall jacket is P.  Record is VG-, with some surface scratches that create a little hiss and pop but no skips (tested).

We use Goldmine® visual grading, which breaks down like this (please do read through this record grading if you are not familiar with it): 
M (mint) Record is new, shiny, never played. 
NM (near mint) Record is like new, probably played a few times, but it doesn't effects on the quality of a sound. 
EX (excellent) Record in great shape, may have light marks, played more than a few times but low in surface noise or no surface noise. 
VG+ (very good plus) Record has been played more times, it has more marks and surface noise, it doesn't skip. 
VG (very good) Record has been played many times, may be more surface noise, but it shouldn't skip while playing. 
G (good) Record is in bad condition, this is worth only for archive items - just to have that until you find better. 
P (poor) Record is a mess and probably will skip (Goldmine doesn't actually offer a "poor" rating but this is how we would describe POOR). 
REGARDING DUST - IF YOU ASK 5 DIFFERENT RECORD COLLECTORS THEIR PREFERRED WAY TO REMOVE DUST YOU WILL GET 5 DIFFERENT ANSWERS AND EACH MIGHT BE OFFENDED BY THE OTHER COLLECTORS METHOD OF REMOVING DUST. SO WHEN I SEE DUST ON A VINYL I SELL IT AS IS BUT I TRY TO LET YOU KNOW IN THE LISTING IF YOUR VINYL NEEDS A LIGHT OR HEAVY DUSTING. 
WHEN I SHIP RECORDS I SHIP THEM ON TOP OF THE JACKET, NOT INSIDE. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THIS IS THE COMMON AND PREFERRED WAY TO SHIP A RECORD. THIS KEEPS IT FROM CUTTING THROUGH THE CLOSED SIDES OF THE JACKET DURING SHIPPING. I SHIP IN CARDBOARD RECORD BOXES AND I USE BUBBLE WRAP (WHEN THE BOX ALLOWS ROOM FOR IT; OTHERWISE RECORDS ARE SNUG AND SAFE ENOUGH WITHOUT IT) TO ENSURE YOUR ITEM ARRIVES SAFELY.
