I would subjectively grade this item as VG G.  This is my subjective belief.  Please see images and make your own judgment.  This item has NOT been professionally graded.

Important Defects:  None other than shown (wear from usage)

WHILE AUCTION LISTED AS NO RETURNS, BUYER WILL HAVE 10 DAYS TO INSPECT THE REEL TO MAKE SURE IT IS NOT DAMAGED AND PLAYS PROPERLY.

Important Listing Details ... PLEASE READ THIS ...

1. I list most items as 'no returns'.  This is because I am not a regular retailer (no volume operation), most of my items are offered here for less than retail, and also (sadly) because of eBay scammers out there who fake returns by sending back empty envelopes, different items, or cannibalize items for parts and send back remnants.  eBay hardly polices its site, leaving sellers to bemoan.  The dispute process is time consuming.

   + BUT: IF you are a respected buyer = means 100 positive feedbacks (combined received and left) & 3 or less combined negative feedbacks left and returns made, and have an issue with something you purchased, please reach out to me within 3 days of your item arriving and let me know what issue arose.  I will work with any respected buyer on a resolution.

   + I do NOT do partial refunds because of the scam risks.  I will do returns on valid issues, notwithstanding the stated listing policy, but will require photos of the packaging, and may require it to be returned with the item, which must still include any original tags or accompanying paperwork or documentation.  + + + Thus, don't throw away packaging, or original store tags, etc.  New items, once used, can't be sold as new (duh).  So try it on before you wash it, or measure it before you install it. 

2. Electronic and vintage Items sold in the category 'COLLECTIBLE', in compliance with eBay's policy on Collectibles, are not returnable.  This is because of a huge ongoing scam problem of people shipping back a worn out broken item that matches only the shipped item in make and model.  Also, if listed as a collectible, the item has NOT BEEN TESTED FOR FUNCTION.  Thus, there is no guarantee or assurance being extended that it will function.

3. BUYER FRAUD/ BE WARNED:  Sorry I have to say this for the 0.01%:  I video each item during the packaging for shipment, and video any return* during reopening, (*if/as obliged by eBay? *I do not accept returns on most items).

+ I will file a criminal complaint thru USPS against any person who fraudulently ships back a partial/ replaced item, etc.  If you are a scammer with the intention of mining and/or shipping back some parts, something different, or nothing at all in an empty envelope, I will report you to the Federal Postal Inspector and I will aide in prosecution.  It would be my pleasure to help weed out a bad eBay folk by incarceration and probation.

4.  Items at $50+, and breakables, will be shipped insured.  No exceptions, and the shipping rate will include insurance cost.

5. I ship internationally, but ONLY via the eBay Int'l Shipping program (eBay KY).  I will NOT ship direct outside USA to ANY destination.  I leave the duty papers/fees to eBay & you to solve.  (Yes, I know eBay charges fees.)  Pre-screen to make sure eBay KY ships to your nation.  Most of Russia and some other nations are a nope.

6. Yes, I will combine shipping.  Max 1st Class weight is 16 oz.  Media mail does NOT include magazines (parcel select required).  I won?t break USPS rules when shipping.  I will consider other carriers, but not on items under $50 final sale price.  Ask and I will try to help with an estimate.  I do have a postal scale.

+ USPS mail rates went up/keep going up.  All items are sent w/ delivery confirmation for me to be protected, so the discounts eBay gets through USPS for volume are lost in delivery confirm fees.  Also, eBay and Paypal take a 15% combined commission on all shipping costs, so I do up shipping to avoid subsidizing your package.

7.  Other Questions, please ask.  But this is not a full-time job, but a hobby for me.  I am not here 24/7 as a professional retailer.

8.  Most of my items are singles (just one in stock).  Thus, while it is great that you click 'watch item', as you watch and someone else bids (or buys), well, you are out of luck, and I probably didn't maximize the sales prices.  So, we both lost.  No one EVER won an auction by watching.  Also, I list some of my items on local sites for local pick-up, and once I sell there, the listing here is closed.  Someone once sent me a post-auction regret note asking if I have another of an item they were thinking about bidding but had sold.  Nope, you can go get it... for about twice the price... elsewhere now.

9. if you see the identical item I am listing offered for less on eBay or Amazon, send me a link to prove it (let me know), & I may adjust my price.  Do your research.  I am here to sell.  But don't be silly, as I often ignore low ball offers, and I have blocked potential bidders who abuse the process.  I don't need that 99 cents which you really want to spend on fast food.
