Qanun maestro Mohammed Abduh Salih, the virtuoso qanun legend who accompanied Umm Kulthum on so many of her mawawil for so many years. He was a brilliant musician and composer. His father was the ney player for the 19th century adwar heroes Abdu Hamuli and Mohammed Othman. The heir to old school, here with some of his more contemporary styled compositions, don’t miss this musical brilliance.
