Picture sleeve bootleg, with the usual practice of different band name, song titles and label in order to avoid legal action. The actual tracks on the 45 (as indicated on the picture sleeve) are:

A Side: Only You by John Lennon.
B Side: Send Me Some Lovin’ by John Lennon

Only You is John Lennon’s guide vocal for Ringo Starr’s version of the 1955 Platter’s hit.

Send Me Some Lovin’ is from the Lost Weekend period in John’s life when he was with May Pang (that’s her photo on the back of the sleeve with John) and recording for the Rock’N’Roll album.  (this record has no picture sleeve-randy)
Grading is always visual. I made a small sound sample. All the records are quite old and might need a proper deep groove cleaning
