Description
The sleeve has edge and corner wear, but no splits, small tear at sleeve opening. "Radio Station Copy Not For Resale" on white promo label. The record LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE with a few very light scratches on clean vinyl, will grade VG++.
ULTRA RARE SLEEVE AND 45 AS IT IS. THIS IS A PROMO VERSION OF THE 45!!
On Jill Stuart and this 45 from the internet: "Jill Stuart was the wife of the far more famous Chad Stuart, who did most of his recordings as half of British Invasion hitmakers Chad & Jeremy. Chad & Jill Stuart, however, made one rare single as a husband-wife duo for Columbia in 1966. The A-side was an orchestrated pop-folk-rock take on Peter, Paul & Mary's "The Cruel War"; the B-side was a folkier cover of Bob Lind's "I Can't Talk to You," on which the only instrumental accompaniment was acoustic guitar. Both songs were reissued in 2002 as bonus tracks on Sundazed's reissue of Chad & Jeremy's Before & After album."
To prevent any damage, the sleeve and the 45 are stored and will be shipped in separate plastic 45 sleeves.
