Also, we attempt to the best of our abilities to use the language associated with the item when describing its condition. (For example, when talking about “raw” trading cards, we inspect the corners, surface, centering, and edging.) If you have a question that we haven’t answered in our description…email us before you make the purchase.
Factory Sealed: All items that are marked “Factory Sealed” are considered “a collectible”. Being sealed is a vital component to the overall condition of a collectible. Therefore, a broken seal cannot be returned for a refund to the seller. (Factory sealed includes “graded” trading cards that are in a sealed plastic case.)
Shipping: We use Canada Post to ship our awesome collectibles to our even more awesome customers. Shipping prices are based on current Canada Post Rates. For all items that cost over $20.00, for your security and ours, we do ship using both the tracking and signing options. (In addition, the posted shipping rate on our ads includes the cost of packing materials.)
Combined Shipping: We do combine shipping when you buy multiple items at the same time- but you need to contact us before you pay for your purchase! If you do not, we will not be able to create a combined invoice for you (due to the limitations of the purchasing system).
Taxes and Duty Fees: The buyer assumes responsibility for the payment of any applicable taxes and custom fees. Seller is not responsible for those fees.
Method of Payment: We only accept PayPal.
All Sales are Final: We do not accept Returns, Exchanges or Refunds (unless otherwise stated in the ad).
