     DIY soul/funk 45 release from  S.F.,CA bay area. I recently aded this release to the Discogs database but asde from that, there does not seem to be any other existing information about this particular Artist on the internet.  The Surrend label on which this 45 was released was a tiny DIY type of label out of San Francisco which only ever released a handful of records while it existed and they are all sought after titles by soul/funk collectors that hardly ever turn up for sale. There is no auction data from ebay on Popsike or CF. 

CONDITION- 
A - VG (vinyl) / VG+ (label)
B - VG (vinyl) / VG+ (label)

NOTES - Both sides have lot's of tiny hairline marks which are not causing any serious issues like jumping or skips during playback. A certain amount of background noise is present during play which seemed at least partly due to the quality of the pressing itself. However  the disc still delivers quite an acceptable performance and  is a very enjoyable listen.   Listen to an audio clip of  the B-side of this record here:
  The A side - "Hold My Hand" is a slower vocal driven ballad type of affair that leans towards a modern soul type of sound.
