Getting harder and harder to find.  Only 1 other copy of this edition remains on eBay (at time of listing)

Based on the play/musical The Good Fairy. ‍♀️ This Musical had a brief Broadway Run

Condition: 

Outer Box: VG/VG+ shape (Very light Corner wear & Has an annoying /price stickers and sticker scar on the backside).

Great one to frame and display.  

Original Paper Inner Sleeves are in Excellent Shape.  (One might have a small tear) 

Records (In My Opinion) are in EXC-NM shape.  

Very clean, sparingly played condition.  

Visually inspected and graded only.  

A light cleaning is always recommended before playing.

Part of a very large and awesome collection of vintage music (all genres) from several radio stations from this region.  I'm sloooowly getting them listed as I go through them (so check back in from time to time )

2/2023 - Note: With the 'Used/Opened' Media/Music related Items.......  I don't get to play or listen through all the items I go through (I'd like to but I'd need 72 hrs in a day to do so) - if there ever is a problem with anything just let me know and I'll just issue a full/partial refund.  Proceeds go either to Hope Rescue Mission or Humane PA so if there is an issue with playback I'll do my best to remedy the situation.  I'm just trying to find good homes for harder to find items in harder to find formats vs. them being stored away/destroyed.

Note #2: Media Mail USPS is now only 'one way' mail - it's still very reliable but has some issues from time to time - as in if you provide the wrong address it will not be returned to me unless I pay for it to be returned - if you have worries about shipping or a less than desirable mail-person, I'd recommend priority (not cheap but insured - up to $100) - sorry the physical world's a changin' and it not getting cheaper.

Make a Wish is a musical with a book by Preston Sturges and Abe Burrows, who was not credited, and music and lyrics by Hugh Martin.

Based on Sturges' screenplay for the 1935 film The Good Fairy, which in turn is based on the 1930 play of the same name by Ferenc Molnár as translated by Jane Hinton, the musical focuses on Janette, who experiences various adventures, including love with young artist Paul Dumont, when she abandons her tour group during a visit to Paris.

Sturges' primary motivation for writing the book was financial, as he was deeply in debt at the time.[1]

The musical opened on Broadway on April 18, 1951 at the Winter Garden Theatre where it ran for a total of 102 performances until it closed on July 14, 1951. The production was produced by Harry Rigby, Jule Styne and Alexander H. Cohen; staged by John C. Wilson; and choreographed by Gower Champion. Raoul Pène Du Bois designed the sets, lights, and costumes for the production. The original cast included Nanette Fabray as Janette, Harold Lang as Ricky, Melville Cooper as Marius Frigo, Stephen Douglass as Paul Dumont, Helen Gallagher as Poupette, Phil Leeds as Dr. Francel, Eda Heinemann as Dr. Didier, and Howard Wendell as the policeman.
