This is an ORIGINAL 1965 U.S. CAPITOL RECORDS 7" 4-TRACK 45 EP TITLED '4-BY THE BEATLES' PACKAGED IN AN ORIGINAL 1965 CAPITOL RECORDS STOCK COMPANY SLEEVE containing the four early Beatles tracks titled 'Honey Don't'/'I'm A Loser'/'Mr.Moonlight'/'Everybody's Trying To Be My Baby'.  It is Capitol Records U.S. catalog number R-5365.    

I believe this is a 'west coast' pressing.  Please see my accompanying images for label characteristics.
