Sheena Easton - You Could Have Been With Me (1981 Japanese 10-track Vinyl LP on EMI label, including A Little Tenderness & Just Another Broken Heart, with picture sleeve, lyric insert and an extra wide ????? Japan Commemorative Edition obi strip, EMS-91040).

Record -- Mint- : This vinyl shines like glass, it has no visible Scratches, Scuffs or Marks, and sounds beautiful when played.
Cover -- EX : Heavy Card cover, This has no rips, tears or seams coming undone, there are dinks to the two bottom corners and light ring wear front and back. The back has a track listing and some credits on in English.
Obi Strip -- EX+ : This has no rips, tears, creases or seams coming undone, but has some crinkles at the seam flap (see picture). All information on here is in Japanese.
Insert -- 1 Insert : One Original insert which is 2 pages 4 sides long in gatefold fashion. This has a track listing in English and Japanese, the lyrics in English and some information in Japanese. This has no rips, tears, splits or creases, but has yellowed around the edge through age and humidity.
