Description

In 2016 I developed new processes to make disc records.  Production technologies and physical properties of the early materials were examined and recreated using modern materials.  5" Berliner reproductions are stronger than gutta percha originals and have similar hardness and density.  They look like the originals and feel like them in your hand.  The fidelity is the same as the original it was copied from.  

This auction is for a reproduction of 5" Berliner #25 "Lords Prayer".  The winner will receive the physical disc shown in the pictures and the envelope.  This voice heard on the recording is likely that of Emile Berliner himself, as he often recorded these very early discs.  

Shipping via media mail with tracking is included for the continental USA.  International shipping is at cost, while USPS is the least expensive method it does not include tracking nor insurance.  If an international buyer chooses USPS shipping then they assume all responsibility.  Please see the USPS website to calculate cost.  UPS or Fedex are also shipped at cost and generally start at $100.
