Description
Available at auction are 5 Capitol LP inner sleeves. During the Beatles Era Capitol used 5 different colored inner sleeves. This is a complete set of sleeves used during 1963-1967. This particular set is about as good as you can find. All 5 inner sleeves have NO seam-splits.
12 TC-1 is Aqua Blue. No seam-splits. This sleeve was used on original issues thru "Beatles '65".
PE 12-2AS is Orange Red and is the rarest color used. It was in use for only about 6 months in 1964. There are no seam-splits. This sleeve was used on some "Beatles '65" issues, and "Early Beatles" and "Beatles VI" LP's.
PE 12-2ES is Olive Green. No seam-splits. This sleeve was used on original issues of "Help" and "Rubber Soul".
PE 12-2FS is Gold. There are no seam-splits. This sleeve was used on original issues of "Yesterday and Today" and "Revolver".
PE12-4BJ is Light Brown. It has no seam-splits. It does have a promo punch-hole in the upper RH-corner. This sleeve was used on Beatle LP re-issues in 1967. Some think it may have rarely been used on "Magical Mystery Tour" and "Sgt. Pepper's" issues.
