As many people may already know, I usually end all my items on Sunday nights - and my next set of auctions will STILL end as usual on Sunday 18th November (they will start to be listed during the week!)!!!!  But as I had quite a few extra items of overstock and also UTMOST RARITY come in to me this week - I decided to do a 'one off' set of listings of Wednesday auctions!!!!  So PLEASE NOTE that this auction will end late on Wednesday 14th November (NOT Sunday!) - and MANY more will be listed on Tuesday 13th aswell (on a 1 day auction!), ALL ending Wednesday 14th November!!!!  And there will be some EXTREMELY rare items indeed (see other items) - including many other LPs!!!!  Thanks for reading and please take a look at this AMAZING item below:-

On offer here is a VERY rare set of 6 (yes SIX!) individual 'Test Press' LPs (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Gentle Rain (Nick Ingman), Bronco, Mike Hugg, The Hillsiders, Sacha Distel, and another LP called 'The Guitar Album' and ALL are ORIGINAL 1973 UK 1st Pressings on the 1st Press Polydor label!!!!  I WILL DETAIL EACH LP FULLY BELOW!!!!  THESE LPs ARE SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND (ESPECIALLY LIKE THIS!)!!!!  THESE ARE SOME OF THE RAREST LPs ON THE POLYDOR LABEL - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND OTHERS LIKE THESE!!!!  

BUT WHAT MAKES THESE LPs REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT THEY ARE ULTRA RARE 'TEST PRESSINGS' - AND IS QUITE LITERALLY THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE (WAY BEFORE THE 1ST PRESSING RUN EVEN BEGAN!)!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THESE LPs - HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THESE BEFORE????  THESE LPs WERE MADE BEFORE THE DECISION TO 'GO AHEAD' WITH 1ST PRESSING RUN WAS DECIDED UPON - AND ARE PROBABLY COMPLETELY UNIQUE!!!!  IN FACT, IN MANY CASES - THESE 'TEST PRESSINGS' WERE OFTEN MADE EVEN BEFORE THE ALBUM'S HAD EVEN BEEN FINISHED - AND SO COULD WELL HAVE MANY MIX DIFFERENCES I DONT EVEN KNOW ABOUT!!!!  THE RECORDS HAVE PLAIN WHITE LABELS & IN ALMOST EVERY CASE A//1 B//1 MATRIX ENDINGS ASWELL!!!!  THERE ARE PROBABLY MANY OTHER DIFFERENCES TO THE MUSIC CONTAINED ON THESE RECORDS - BUT I SADLY JUST DONT HAVE STANDARD COPIES TO COMPARE THEM TO!!!!  AND OBVIOUSLY - AS WITH MOST 'TEST PRESSINGS' FROM THIS PERIOD - THEY DONT COME WITH COVERS, THOUGH IT SHOULD BE VERY EASY INDEED TO LOCATE COVERS FOR THESE IF SO WISHED!!!!  AFTER ALL - COVERS ARE EASILY FOUND, BUT JUST HOW OFTEN DO YOU EVER SEE 'TEST PRESSINGS' OF THIS QUALITY & RARITY????  AND WHAT VERY IS CERTAIN THOUGH - IS THAT THESE ARE UNDOUBTEDLY THE ALL TIME RAREST & 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS OF THESE LPS EVER MADE, AND THE CHANCES OF EVER FINDING OTHER ONES LIKE THESE AGAIN ARE VIRTUALLY ZERO!!!!  ONLY A TINY HANDFUL OF COPIES WERE EVER MADE LIKE THESE - AND OVER THE PASSAGE OF TIME, IT IS VERY VERY LIKELY INDEED THESE LPs COULD EVEN BE COMPLETELY UNIQUE!!!!

Mike Hugg - "Stress & Strain" LP Polydor 2383 213 - A//2 B//1 Matrix Endings.

The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has only 1 vertical hairline type mark, only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light scufflines, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light residue traces under light (probably removeable with the right knowledge), and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO nasty loud pops, only a few VERY light clicks, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some EXTREMELY low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good(Minus) (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and is VERY bright & shiny looking indeed & plays WELL with SUPERB sound quality!!!!

Sacha Distel - "A'Annabel's" LP Polydor 2383 223 - A//1 B//1 Matrix Endings

The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has only 1 visible scuffline (though this is virtually IGNORED by my stylus!), only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, only 3 or 4 light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, barely ANY clicks AT ALL, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some EXTREMELY low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The record is also a little uneven - but the play is NOT affected, and this record tracks EFFORTLESSLY!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good(Minus) (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better!!!!

Bronco - "Smokin' Mixture" LP Polydor 2383 215 - A//1 B//1 Matrix Endings

The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 VERY light hairlines, only 2 or 3 light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, barely ANY clicks AT ALL, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some EXTREMELY low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!

"Guitar Album" LP Polydor 2489 080 - A//2 B//2 Matrix Endings

The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. The vinyl is in GREAT condition and plays VERY well indeed!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has only 3 or 4 small visible scufflines (though these are virtually IGNORED by my stylus!), only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, barely ANY clicks, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some EXTREMELY low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good(Minus) (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and plays very VERY well indeed, with SUPERB sound quality!!!!

The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. AND THERE YOU GO - WHAT AN INCREDIBLE SET OF TEST PRESSINGS, AND SURELY NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN!!!!  WHAT AN AMAZING CHANCE TO OWN SOME OF THE RAREST LPs ON THE POLYDOR LABEL IN THEIR 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS FORMAT!!!!  PLUS THERE IS THE REAL ADDED BONUS OF POSSIBLE MIX DIFFERENCES AND THE FACT THAT SOME OF THESE ARE PROBABLY COMPLETELY UNIQUE!!!!  THIS SURELY HAS TO BE CONSIDERED A 'ONCE IN A LIFETIME' CHANCE - SO THINK VERY CAREFULLY INDEED BEFORE PASSING ON THIS AMAZING SELECTION OF INCREDIBLE 'TEST PRESSINGS'!!!!
