Welcome to my new-look soul sales.

Once again, I've had a revision of how I intend to sell some of my very large collection in the future, and have decided to be more ruthless in what I sell and what I keep. I haven't the equipment (or the intelligence) to provide my own sound clips, so will have to rely on your own good judgement - after all, soul lovers are the world's most knowledgeable and devoted collectors.

There will be some real gems, so make sure you keep your eyes open.

So, it's back to the beginning of the alphabet again.

Nancy Ames (1937- )

Here's one that's far more desirable on UK Columbia, but for those of you not prepared to fork out loads of tenners, then this is it's US original - as opposed to the legal 70s reissue. It's another contender for top prize in the most effective intro competition, and there are also those magical breaks, when Miss Ames' sultry vocals could melt the hardest heart. So what if she's pale skinned? This one will certainly sort out the men from the Nancy boys.

The official A-side is another good stomper as well.

There are a few light "spiders webs"/scuffs on both sides, plus an unusual ring-mark on the A-side, but both tracks actually play nearly as new. A previous owner has written 'H 520' in red crayon on both sides, but the labels are as-new otherwise.

The edges are completely chip-free.
