Description

Here is a very rare opportunity to purchase a complete set of standard original Beatles Parlophone/Apple UK issue 45s from 'Love me do' to 'Let it be' , all in nice clean condition with company/picture sleeves! This is a spare set that I have gathered together from various sources over the last few years and the collectively splendid condition of them is the main attraction. You'll note 'Love me do' and 'Please Please Me' are only VG+ copies but nevertheless are clean glossy records that play very nicely but read on,as every record thereafter in almost every case is at least Excellent and many are Mint minus.Overseas buyers may be under the impression that Beatles 45s in the UK are as common as a lie from Tony Blair and this is true to a certain extent, the problem is finding a nice run of them in lovely clean condition. When you go to a car boot sale and find a VG- 'Can't buy me love' with no centre and a bogey on the B'side in a white sleeve for 8.00 or something similarly ridiculous - and this is becoming an increasingly common occurence["that's what it is in the book mate"] - you know how hard its becoming to find these 45s in great condition. So instead of trawling through record fair boxes, boot sale tips or ebay auctions here's a chance to get a nice complete set in one swoop.Stunning!!!! as is often said![again and again] All singles are supplied in proper original company sleeves and I'm fairly certain, through over 20 years of collecting experience, that these are the type of sleeves they would have been sold in.The Record Collector guide to sleeving Beatles 45s is to me sometimes suspect - I've bought a lot of mint ex shop stock 45s over the years and that I believe is the best yardstick for correctly sleeving 60s 45s.Please note 60s Apple company sleeves are virtually impossible to find in nice condition[even when the 45s are beautiful],most of these here are in at least decent shape[and glossy originals].All 45s are guaranteed to be in the condition stated, check my feedbacks for assurance.I've listed any interesting factors for each 45 without getting too trainspotterish, basically all are guaranteed to have been manufactured 1962 - 1970.All Apple 45s have the darker shade labels common to 1968 - 70 issues. All graded critically under bright electric light. No skimmers or polished vinyl! Any questions don't hesitate to email.OK here goes!Post extra, paypal accepted - UK buyer must pay by cash/cheque unless paypal premium agreed. The best of luck!
