1964 Capitol Records, 12 inch, 33 1/3 RPM Stereo LP, First Pressing, Capitol ST-2108 - West Coast - Black label colorband - translator's name is correctly spelled "Nicolas" on "Komm, Gib Mir Deine Hand." . RIAA Seal and number 2 in lower right corner on back of cover. With plain paper inner sleeve.
Featuring: The Beatles (John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr). Titled: "Something New". Song Titles Include: 1. I'll Cry Instead [Lennon, McCartney 2:04, 2. Things We Said Today [Lennon, McCartney] 2:35, 3. Any Time at All [ Lennon, McCartney] 2:10, 4. When I Get Home [Lennon, McCartney] 2:14, 5. Slow Down [ Williams] 2:54, 6. Matchbox [Perkins] 1:37, 7. Tell Me Why [Lennon, McCartney] 2:06, 8. And I Love Her [Lennon, McCartney] 2:28, 9. I'm Happy Just to Dance With You [Lennon, McCartney] 1:56, 10. If I Fell [Lennon, McCartney] 2:19 and 11. If you're not familiar with this artist/Title, here's some additional information: Capitol Records initially did not have the rights to A Hard Day's Night, issued in the U.S. as a soundtrack by United Artists, the company that released the film. Instead, Capitol cobbled together a competing record containing eight of the 14 songs from the UK version, two songs from a UK EP, and a German-language version of "I Want to Hold Your Hand."
The Vinyl is Near Mint (9-9.5 of 10) in condition Plain paper inner sleeve. The cover is nice. there is light ring wear on the front of the cover and some very slight corner softening. As very nice example of this LP!! I Can't believe this LP is 45 years old!!
