7” E. Berliner Gramophone 29X Selection From Carmen by Banda Rossa
This auction is for a vintage hand etched Berliner Gramophone 7” record.
Titled “SELECTIONS FROM CARMEN PLAYED BY THE BANDA ROSSA” 29X.
Also on the label is “E. BERLINER’S GRAMOPHONE, Patented Nov, 8, 1887 May 15 1888. – May 6 1890, FEB’Y. 19 1895. OTER PANTENTS APPLIED FOR. I tried to make out the writing as much as possible.
Record has 2 scratches that I can feel with my finger nail (one is approx.. 3/8”, one 1”.
On the bottom of the record there is a small chip that doesn’t go into the playing area (see picture).

I’m not an expert on Berliner records, and I’m not able to comment on grading or test for sound. Please note that we are not able to play Berliner discs, so we are not able to play grade this disc.
