Description
Listed for your consideration is a lot of 7 Original Beatles Albums. The pics tell the story. They are in fair/good condition. Record grading is one of those activities where good really isn't that good. All of the albums show considerable...experience via scratches and general wear. They do play fine on my Sony PS 2251. Lets say one will experience the authentic snap, crackle, and rare pop (i really didn't have any of these but I wouldn't exclude them as a possibility) when playing one of these original beauties. Nothing like a bit crackle to fill one with nostralgia. Funny, but we all know there is truth in that jest. Hearing the needle drop and the subsequent crackle of the album playing is a cool event, provided (as is true with these) that these nostalgic sounds do not render the music a secondary feature of playing the album. So, the albums, covers, and sleeves are in fair to rough condition (would be a Good rating on the actual scale). The pictures are part of this description.
Normally I list the details (title, artist, record company, catalog #, etc.) of each record as a courtesy but I will let the pics do the talking on that front. That said, below are the titles and catalog numbers for each album.
The White Album (Numbered 20062400) SWBO-101 The sides of the cover have separated. This album is might be the one in the best condition I would actually rate this Good to Very Good. Has a fair amount of microscratches but no big scratches and much of the album is clean.
Abbey Road SO-383 What a great album, 17 songs. The Beatles were the kings of the 2-3 minute tunes (actually 6 were under 2 minutes including the 23 second "Her Magesty" ending side 2.
Revolver T-2576 This is another Good to Very Good album save a few scratches on side 2. Side 1 is VG+.
Rubber Soul T-2442 Likely the Beatles albums with the most obscure titles, or at least tunes least likely to be known by the casual fan
Magical Mystery Tour SMAL-2835 Included is the ultra cool 23 page "Magical Mystery Tour" Book that accompanies the "Colour Film For Television". Sadly, it is missing pages 11-15. The book is meant to be attached to the cover however the middle of the book is loose. It is still ultra cool despite this these issues.
Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band (2 of these) SMAS-2653 One of these albums is in pretty good shape, VG or so. The other gets you snap and crackle.
So there it is or rather there they are...7 original Beatles albums listed for your consideration. None of the albums are in EX or even VG+ condition. Even VG albums have some issues and only 3 of these approach that level. I am used to selling EX and NM albums so I just want to properly represent that these play fine while being in rough/fair to decent condition.
They really were a group that evolved right there out in the open for everyone to see, and hear. I always pack to protect and aim to be timely.
