The record is in mint /as new condition. This came to me from a music industry person who had been hoarding stuff for years - there are a couple of pin marks on the labels, but I don't think this has been played much at all.
The laminated cover has VERY slight shelf wear when held to the light and a very small top spine crease, otherwise it's still gloriously shiny and in fantastic condition; not seen one this good in ages. Lyric inner is mint.
