OBSCURE ECLECTIC ROCK with a SOCIAL JUSTICE THEME by UNNAMED BAND, led by some LEGENDARY artists, on tiny private or custom label! Mix of acoustic and electric; often jangly and folky, with some PSYCH elements, including a bit of FUZZ! Conceived and composed by Father Bill Ayres (who doesn’t perform); arranged and directed by Steve Chapin.
Ayres was a political activist and family friend/counselor to the Chapins (Tom, Steve, Harry), who strove for social justice (Co-founding World Hunger Year, with Harry Chapin), and who had his own radio and TV shows - some dedicated to interviewing top rock performers (many of whom are in the band). This album is the culmination of his passions for music and activism. And, this appears to be an UNKNOWN RARITY
