2. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction end please. *Incorrect Paypal payments will be refunded.

3. Non Paying Bidder alerts (your first step towards suspension) and negative feedback guaranteed for those who don't pay. 

4. A Certificate (Proof) of Posting will be provided for every item in the rare event of any loss.  I cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. For an additional fee I can send the item Recorded Delivery. 

5. All records are securely sent in stiff 12" cardboard mailers with an additional 12" card stiffener. All other items are carefully packed. Specific packing requests can be met at cost. In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit, the buyer will be expected to seek compensation from the relevant Postal Service - because THEY damaged it!

6. Items will be posted on Wednesdays and Saturdays only due to other commitments. I apologise for this inconvenience, but circumstances now prevent me from getting to the Post Office every day - sorry!
