The NUGRAPE TWINS sing "The Road Is Rough And Rocky" b/w "Pray Children If You Want To Go To Heaven" on an original American pressing, Columbia Viva-Tonal 14251-D, recorded in Atlanta in 1927. Condition is almost old store stock new, modest signs of wear, bright and shiny. The sound sample is unprocessed MP3 via a Dual 5000 turntable with a Shure 3 mil stylus. Plays as good as it looks. This is the second of only two recordings by the duo. A mix of country gospel with a tinge of blues, this is a distinctive addition to any late 1920's record collection.
