DESCRIPTION: Wisconsin territory jazz 78 by Bill Carlsen and his Orchestra with a pair of hot instrumentals recorded in December 1929. Carlsen was the leader of Devine's Wisconsin Hotel Roof Orchestra which also made many fine jazz sides. Light signs of play with some rubbing, scuffs and scratches. From the Ken Swerilas collection.
