On Apr-05-16 at 13:39:15 PDT, seller added the following information:

Record plays loud and clear with little surface noise, a few scattered pops here and there, some peak distortion. More distortion on Southern Shout side, also a small dig on this side that doesn't skip. Labels show some water damage. There is a small rim chip in the dead wax that does not affect play  Play graded using a 3.7mil truncated elliptical stylus.
