Scarce S. E. James 78 with a pair of traditional Assyrian sides by Louise Joseph accompanied by Sargis Khanbaba on banjo (tar). Joseph's passionate old world singing sounds like she was plucked out of a Anatolian village and is hiding under an Americanized name that belies her roots. She recorded songs in Turkish and Persian as well for the S. E. James label. Light scuffing.
