Description
ARTIST: Muddy Waters with Sunnyland Slim (as Muddy Water and Sunny Land Slim)
LABEL: Aristocrat 1302
TITLES: Gypsy Woman / Little Anna Mae
CONDITION: V+ / VV+
DESCRIPTION:
Muddy Waters first commercial post-war release - an important benchmark in Chicago blues history. Aristocrat hadn't as yet sorted out the proper spelling of names in 1947, and it wouldn't be until the following year that they brought Muddy into the studio again. Tiny, tight warp and needs extra weight only on "Gypsy Woman" side. Music clear with light background hiss. . WAIT FOR SECOND INVOICE - THE ONE NOT AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED BY EBAY IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSE OF AUCTION.
ANNOUNCEMENT: If you have any higher end pre-war blues, country or jazz you might like to consign, please get in touch and I will let you know the affordable service I can provide.
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL ONLY
In addition to postage costs, an addition charge for the cost of packing materials (box, corrugated squares, packing peanuts) of $3.50 will be added to each parcel.
