According to one internet source, Sam Collins, who also sang as Jim Foster, went to Richmond, Indiana  and he and Rabbits Foot Williams in 1927 recorded Silvertone 5172  - Rabbits Foot recorded I'm Gonna Cross the River of Jordan Some o' These Days and Jim Foster recorded I Want To Be Like Jesus in My Heart
After Jim Foster's name the Silvertone Label reads Race Record - Sacred
After Rabbits Foot Williams, the label reads "Vocal Blues - Spiritual" 
Record is from one owner estate - I am no grader, use your judgment - I would guess V++ to E- really nice - no chips no cracks - has some shine - not played much.
