78 RPM Talking Book Corporation picture record I Am A Dancing Girl 1918
condition - is very good for its age. the neck is bend. that is the only issue i see. please look at the photos for best description of condition, - shows very well. do not have the equipment to play on was not tested.
A 4 inch 78rpm picture record by the Talking Book Corporation entitled “I Am A Dancing Girl"” and dated 1918.
The Talking Book Corporation was set up by the chief recording engineer of the Columbia Phonograph Company (later Columbia Records) Victor Hugo Emerson at 358 Fifth Avenue, New York City (later, One W. 34th St. NYC). This is one of a series of twelve picture disks made by the company between 1918 and 1919 and one of the earliest examples of records for children.
