78 RPM-ELVIS PRESLEY-TOO MUCH-RCA #20-6800-EX+ COND
Greetings fellow ebayers,
What I am offering up for auction here is a VERY clean 78 RPM copy of Elvis Presley – Too Much/Playing For Keeps - RCA Victor Records #20-6800. This was a huge double-sided hit for Elvis with Too Much reaching the #1 spot on the Billboard Charts for 3 straight weeks and Playing For Keeps reaching the #21 spot on the Billboard Charts for a total chart run of 18 weeks in January of 1957.
SPECIAL NOTE: I have several other collectible Rock and Roll 78's up for auction.
I clean each record that I sell and visually and audibly grade them in accordance with Goldmine standards.
This record grades visually and audibly as a solid EX+. It is still very shiny, very little wear and virtually no scuffs or scratches at all. About as perfect a copy of this record that I have ever come across!!!!! It doesn't appear that this record was played very many times. I test play every record on my Dual ULM turntable which is fitted with a 2.7 mil 78 RPM stylus. This record plays all the way through very loud and clear with only the normal surface noise you would expect to hear on a 78 RPM record. Very clean labels with no writing on them.
This is probably one of the finest copies of this record by Elvis that you will find anywhere.
I have been collecting and selling 78 RPM records for over 30 years. I pack and ship very securely.
