Most records are in over-all excellent condition, most appear have never been played and some very little.  All labels are clean and colors are bright. The album, which is a heavy brown "Brunswick" album, is in good condition, with some fraying along the edges, ink markings inside (see photos), but otherwise clean and very sturdy.
