Our GRADING for bigbillkorst2 is E+ (or NM) rarely use on 78s, E, E-, V+, V, V- and Poor 78RPM 12" acetate? WGES radio Chicago 10-5-1947 Jimmy Dale on the Al Benson Show (godfather of Chicago black jazz radio), Cobbs Idea / Solitude, homemade Poor+ This is some type of aircheck recording my dad did--or ?? The DAMAGE areas (2/3 of record) I played and they tick hard--sound can be heard--so maybe some sound engineer can get this sounding better, the last 2/3rds of part 5 is not damaged and sounded solid average. The DAMAGE areas (looks like some sort of chemical damage). The damage affects ALL areas of Part 3 side, and an inch at start of Part 5 side (pixs). This also I believe is an acetate material--as edges are chipping some on this nothing notable or big wrong, see the photos above. Will be in the sleeve it has been stored in for decades. Graded visually. Labels have little wear, hole is fine. This comes from the bigbillkorst2 jazz collection. Please email with any questions. Buy it now for $39.95 FREE shipping via US Media Mail to US addresses. Shipments outside the US will be much more, please inquire for quote.
