Our GRADING for pskorst and bigbillkorst (our sister 78 record ebay names) is E+ (NM) rarely use on 78s, E, E-, V+, V, V- and Poor. Packing We ship these antique, fragile shellac records in cardboard squares surrounded by padding, floating inside a 12" x 12" x 5" box. We have had few problems with damage on the many 1000s of records we have shipped so far. Peter
78RPM Bel-Tone 7007 Valaida Snow - I Must Have That Man nice V+ to E- / Solitude sharp E- This extremely rare / great artist circa 1945 record, I played parts of both sides--this is a clean medium sound, some scattered cravckling--maybe a bit more crackling during the scuffing on Man--not bad--not to much affect this worst looking area on the 78, visually this is in an above average V+ to E- / E- or better with light to mild wear and flaws, this is in nice shape it has a bit of cosmetic looking non-feelable ? scuffing? at 7-8 pm I doubt that does anything (played it--it sort of crackles a bit more then the rest but not bad)--the music note looking scratch to the NE at 7pm of this area is near benign non-feelable minor, the scuff area at 7-8 is the worst visible looking flaw--there is a little bit of this similar stuff on the Solitude side at 2-4 mostly 4 pm--that looks fairly benign--besides that quarter sized scuffing area I described before, this has just light minor flaws elsewhere--well taken care of, seems to play fine, see my 6 photos above--you can tell its nice. Graded visually. Spindle holes and labels have slight wear, black marks on Solitude label. Will be in the heavy paper sleeve it has been stored in the last 7 decades.
