Ok all you bobbysoxers out there,we have a treat and a half here today with EIGHT great records from the 1950s. Here especially for your vintage record player is this handful of rockin`gems and all are in jolly nice condition too. Bill Haley is a legend and will always remain at the top of the rock & roll list,and here he is,along with The Comets,playing and singing on that iconic Brunswick label. That`s not all though,for we also have Canadian/American singing doo-wop group The Diamonds with their massive hit on Mercury,Little Darling. Originally recorded by The Gladiolas led by Maurice Williams before he formed The Zodiacs,this is an incredible slice of r&r history. Some home grown rock & roll comes in the form of Tommy Steele and Jim Dale and US former big band vocalist Kay Starr is here too. Johnny Otis is in this set with a storming version of Ma and Romance In The Dark and then we have a bit of a rare one on Parlophone. This is The King Bros,Jim Dale,The Vipers all one one 78 doing a terrific run through of cool rockers.
