Extremely rare to have any damage. 78RPM Victor 17978 Joseph Moskowitz, Cimbalom virtuoso - Operatic Rag / Panama Pacific Drag, clean, average V to V-  This rare c1916 important artist record is a VV-  this is an average foggy worn condition 78 with consistent moderate wear and flaws, I played some of this - sounded like a clean VV- used 78 to me, not overwhelmingly noisy--some noise though--the music is a bit muffled--but--you can hear it fine--my player is mediocre and I dont know how to use filters and such--clean typical VV- sound--I am no expert on play grades could be a V- sound--visibly I see no big or notable flaws--just the consistent foggy wear you see in the photos, see my 10 photos above to judge the surfaces for yourself. Graded visually.  Spindle holes and labels have average wear--some discoloration on the A label. Will be in the vintage sleeve it has been stored in for 7 decades.
