This is Old Dealer Stock - if it ever was "Dealer Stock" to begin with!
There is no listing of this record in Kinkel, or Johnson/Shirley discographies.
According to the Victor Master Book: vol. 2, Brian Rust:
Recorded for the National Dairy Exhibit
at the Chicago Worlds Fair, 1933
Vas Willst is a snappy "German style" fox trot right out of northern Wisconsin.
Mimi is one HOT syncopated orchestral arrangement.
