Description
This is an original US vinyl pressing on Sound On Film #17 from 1972.
The disk contains a debate about the movie between Malcolm McDowell - Star of the film, Anthony Burgess - Author of the book, Robert Huges - Art critic for TIME, Norman Kagan - Author of 'The cinema of Stanley Kubrick, the moderator is Nat Hentoff - Colomist for 'Village Voice'.
This vinyl package was sent out to radio stations in 1972, and is almost impossible to find today. It was issued for promotional use only and was never sold in stores.
It comes with the insert which is the complete transcript of this vinyl debate. It's 9 pages with typing on both sides covered by red pages.
This is a very rare and collectable record from one of the most important films ever made.

Just one small surface mark on the B-side causes approx 10 very soft/mild clicks of which do not ruin the listening experience. Plays through beautifully with no surface hiss/crackle otherwise. Nice gloss and a clean vinyl that sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Visually there are some surface marks but the audio is a close EX.
Sleeve - EX+
No rips, no writing, no seam splits. Straight spine and a solid sleeve all over. Mild edge wear/storage wear but nothing bad. Has cardboard stiffener.
Labels - EX+
They look almost factory fresh. Barely a spindle mark. No writing or rips to the labels whatsoever.
Transcript - NM
Stunning condition. Looks factory fresh and like its been read just once or twice. No rips or writing, lovely smooth crisp pages, no missing pages or creases.
