Text printed on first couple pages of book:
This book must not be sold separately from its accompanying cassette Soundtrack by A Guy Called Gerald.
This is a work of fiction. Any references to real events, to real people, living or dead, or to real locales are intend only to give the fiction a setting in reality. Other names, characters, and incidents either are the product of the author’s imagination or are used fictitiously, and their resemblance, if any, to real-life counterparts is entirely coincidental.
