This 2003 Limited Edition pressing of “Weak and Powerless” by A Perfect Circle on 7” yellow vinyl is very rare. The vinyl is in near mint condition; the sleeve is excellent with slight handling and wear indicators.

A Perfect Circle is an American rock supergroup formed in 1999 by guitarist Billy Howerdel and TOOL vocalist Maynard James Keenan.
