**After 17 years of trading on eBay (100% rating) I have recently received my first ever neutral feedback review, with a comment of "not quite as I thought" and this came without any prior contact from the purchaser. PLEASE, if you are ever unsatisfied with anything relating to your purchase from me, then just say so. In my book there is never an issue that cannot be resolved or rectified. Thank you.....
