COLLECTORS TAKE NOTE
A Springtime Special, this is a package of vinyl and CD recordings featuring vocalist Diane Taber. Singer/songwriter Diane is a well-known featured jazz vocalist and toured extensively in the US and Canada. Among numerous jazz talents she has worked with are the Lou Brown orchestra, Don Menza, Anne Fadale, Sam Noto, Joe Azarello, Mike Breen, Dick Fadale, Wally Schuman, Ray Chamberlain, and Sam Scammaca. In 2006 she took her first high-dive into songwriting and mid-air knew she was ready to write, produce and sing her own songs.
Diane's CDs are well known in Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and North America. Her music is heard on Europe Jazz Radio shows hosted by Andy Hardy, Ray Porter, Brian Soundy (Jazz in the 21st Century - ukjazzradio) and Rob Chantler (Rob's Jazz Club on Radio Way) and others.
The music is CRISP, a sweet mix of Vocal Jazz & Indie Jazz & Rock & Soul & Funk!
This package contains the following:
Item 1 - Quantity 3:
- Title: WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW & DAY DREAMING; Artist - Four Um; Format: Vinyl - 45 rpm; 7 inch; Label: Libra 7; Jazz; Released 1972 from the popular but rare album, Just Us Four Um.
- Records condition: Records are in Very Good+ to Excellent condition. The records do have very minor scratches; however, they play properly (no skips) the scratches do not interfere with the listening experience. Outer sleeve is generic and is G. It shows some yellowing and wrinkles that come with aging.
Item 2 - Quantity 1:
- Title: THE SUMMER KNOWS & I DON'T WANT TO NEED YOU ANYMORE; Artist: Diane Taber and Dick Fadale; Format: Vinyl - 45 rpm; 7 inch; Label: GP Records; first release (1971) of "The Summer Knows" from the movie "Summer of '42". "I Don't Want to Need You Anymore" made the top ten in numerous US markets.
- Record condition: The records is in Very Good to Very Good + condition. - Records condition: One record is in Excellent condition. The other record is in Very Good to Very Good+ condition. The records do have very minor scratches; however, they play properly (no skips) the scratches do not interfere with the listening experience. Outer sleeve is generic and is G. It shows some yellowing and wrinkles that come with aging.
